Located on the shores of Lake Erie, Sherod Park is just a few minutes west of the charming Harbourtown district of Vermilion. This expansive lakeside park features green space, trees, natural areas, a beach, walking trails, a par course, a playground and two picnic pavilions (reserved for this event). The park overlooks breathtaking Lake Erie. Stay late to enjoy the sunset!
"You couldn't ask for a more beautiful venue in one of Ohio's most charming small towns." - Linda Lackey (Linda's Other Life)
The Vermilion Beach Market welcomes over 70 talented and inspiring vendors carefully curated for this third annual event. The boutique and food vendors will be located in the northwest corner of the park, in a grassy area just steps from the beach and a beautiful view of Lake Erie. View the complete list of 2019 vendors in the "Vendors" link. In early June, we will be begin a countdown to the market with a daily vendor vignette on our Facebook and Instagram feeds.

vintage vw buses
On Saturday, vintage VW buses will be rolling in to the Vermilion Beach Market to vend, sell hot dogs and, best of all, add to the vintage summer vibe. L.E.A.K.O.I.L., as they are known, is an organization of vintage VW bus owners based primarily in Ohio and Michigan that uses Lake Erie as their geographic common denominator for informal gatherings.
A portion of the proceeds from this event will be donated annually to the Vermilion Parks & Recreation Department and to Vermilion in Bloom for the beautification of and improvements to Sherod Park, Vermilion's premier lakeside park.
